Because the Daily Mirror says Uncle Rod is red-faced at a certain celebrity on his daughter's behalf.

What's stewing in the Stewart quarters?

Well, like many things in Celebville this is a bit of a confusing one.

And now Jude's been spied out with mod Lily Cole?

The paper reckons Jude and Lily shouldn't be expecting a dinner invite to Uncle Rod's anytime soon, because they reckon Rod is hopping about it all.

A source told them: "Rod loves Kimberly to bits and is very much the protective father.

"Obviously he wasn't thrilled by the photos of Kim and Jude all over one another but he got over it pretty quickly.

"He likes Jude a lot and approved of him as a potential suitor for his little girl.

"Problem is, so did Kimberly. She thought something might develop between them.

"Now that Jude has been linked to Lily, Rod is upset on his daughter's behalf. No father wants to see their child humiliated and hurt, and, to an outsider, this is exactly what has happened.

"He's spoken to Kimberly on the phone and told her in no uncertain terms what he thinks of Jude's behaviour.

"The next time he sees Jude he's likely to give him a piece of his mind. Rod also joked that, despite his advancing years, he'd have no problems sorting out Jude in the boxing ring."

Erm, let's hope things don't get anywhere near rings of any sort.
