The Corrie star has revealed she's had a bust op.
Kym, 32, bulked out her 32Bs to a 32D just days before appearing at the British Soap Awards last weekend (left).
She said: "It was something I wanted to have done. I'm delighted with the results."
The star's rep told us the mum of two, who plays Michelle Connor in the soap, wanted to attend the ceremony so soon after undergoing surgery so she could support her Hollyoaks fiance Jamie Lomas, who was up for three awards.
We have to say we can't spot much difference in Kym's new frontage from this pic of her before the op (right) but no doubt there will be more revealing gowns to follow.
