But insiders are revealing that she gets a bit of help by going for weekly anti-cellulite treatments.
She apparently goes for the 110-minute lymphatic-draining massage and algae wrap, which according to the spa she attends aims to reduce "the dimpled, uneven appearance of cellulite".
Well it seems to be working - not an orange peel in sight.
