The Formula 1 champ is said to have broken up with his Pussycat Doll after two years together, because he's not ready to settle down.

But Sky Showbiz knows the truth.

Lewis' rep told us directly that the rumours are false.

She said: "We can confirm that they absolutely have not split up."

Reports said the 24-year-old racing driver couldn't handle his long-distance relationship with 31-year-old Nic any longer, and just wasn't ready for babies and marriage.

The shocking "split" was said to have come after months of speculation that they were about to get engaged.

But, thankfully, it seems things are far from over for the A-list couple... although marriage still may not be on the cards.

Nicole recently said: "My dream is to do my own music one day, to have an unbelievable tour, to have done some musical theatre and some film and maybe to have opened up a performing arts school for special needs kids.

"That is my ultimate dream - not marriage."
