Ask Lindsay Lohan's mum, Dina, for her opinion and well, she'll tell ya.
At least, she's had her say about all of Lindsay's troubles.
According to IMDB, Dina has said she shouldn't be blamed for Lindsay's personal problems, which have included stints in rehab, being arrested and a short spell in jail.
Dina has said: "She's 21 years old. We all make mistakes.
"It's not a blame game.
"It's not her mum's fault or her friends' fault.
"It's the general personal choices you make. And you have to be careful about the choices you make when you're in the public eye."
Yes you do. So, there you have it, from the mum's mouth.
