She was simply an innocent and slightly shy-looking young thing.
Maybe she dreamt of one day dating a good-looking, rich, successful guy... but she couldn't have had an inkling that that fantasy would one day come true.
Similarly, if she pranced about in her bedroom singing into her hairbrush and generally crumping some moves, how could she be aware that she'd be doing exactly the same thing in front of an audience of thousands in the future?
