Lily Allen and Elton John hosted this year's GQ awards.
But the two didn't exactly hit it off.
In fact, as the night wore on, they came dangerously close to a public fracas.
At one point, Lily, who was drinking wine during the ceremony, said:
"Now we reach a very special point in the evening."
Sir Elton replied sarcastically: "What, you are going to have another drink?"
Not one to take an insult lying down, Lily jumped with both feet into an altercation, saying: "F*** off Elton, I'm 40 years younger than you, I have my whole life ahead of me."
Lily also got a bit carried away as Tony Bennett collected his inspiration award.
Elton introduced the star by saying that at 82 years old, he was "singing better than ever".
Lily added: "I'll still f*** him," before quickly interjecting: "That was bad? I'll stick to the script."
