They say honesty is the best policy.
That certainly seems to be the case for Louise Redknapp.
She's apparently come clean about the fact that she sometimes worries about the prospect of other women around her husband Jamie.
Louise, who's been married to retired footballer Jamie for 11 years, told Star magazine: "Jamie is a good-looking guy and I do go through ups and downs.
"When I feel confident, I think: 'I'm a good woman. He won't find any better.'
"Then I have days when I think, 'There are beautiful skinny girls out there. He could have anyone."
Wowsers, that's frankness for you.
We're completely unused to women - especially Wags - opening up on their insecurities with men, so big up to Louise for revealing how she really feels.
The 34-year-old, who has two kids with Jamie, says it's taken her eight months to snap back into shape following the birth of her youngest tot Beau, by "eating sensibly and mixing exercise into my daily routine".
She admits her tummy is her least favourite part of her bod - "after two children" - but adds: "There is a lot of pressure on women today to look good and I think people are becoming more aware of it. We should be celebrating our natural physiques and enjoying our curves."
