As we reported to yesterday, Madonna and Guy will be divorced today.

And it seems that the director will not take Madge to the cleaners after all.

The Daily Mirror has reported that Guy will not pursue any of Madge's fortune, and that he has made it clear his concern surrounding the divorce, is all about access to their children.

"It was never about the money - never about her bloody art collection," he told the Daily Mirror last night. "I just want to settle it and move on."

And, when asked how he felt about the quickie divorce, Guy said: "Thank God. It dragged on much too long and that had nothing to do with me."

Wow, he must be really itching to get this out of the way...

Reportedly, the deal is that Guy will have access to all three children, Lourdes, 12, seven-year old Rocco, and two-year-old David, whom the couple adopted from Africa.

Lourdes will live with Madge in New York, and Rocco and David will share their time with both parents, between the US and London, contrary to previous reports stating that she wanted full custody of the kids.

"Madonna wanted the whole family to live with her permanently in New York - but Guy wasn't having any of that," a source told the Mirror.

The divorce proceedings will be finalised around 10am in the High Court's family division today.

Neither Guy not Madge will be present for the hearing.
