Two men have died after Madonna's Sticky And Sweet tour stage collapsed yesterday afternoon.
A further four men were injured in the accident, which happened as the stage was being constructed at Velodrome soccer stadium in Marseille, France.
Madonna, who commented yesterday after 53-year-old Frenchman Charles Criscenzo was pronounced dead, said she is "devastated".
The second victim, 23-year-old Brit Charles Prow, died from his injuries this morning.
French port's fire department said the stage fell apart and collapsed on top of up to 12 workmen. More than 30 people have suffered minor injuries and shock, according to authorities.
The sell-out gig, due to take place on Sunday in front of a crowd of 60,000 people was immediately cancelled.
