There may be light at the end of the tunnel for Madonna.
Her recent bid to adopt Malawian Mercy James was denied.
But, Madonna has appealed against the ruling, and has found new backing that might help her win.
The family of the little girl have given Madge their full support in the adoption process.
According to The Sun, Mercy's uncle, Peter Baneti, has said they will fight an attempt at custody by James Kambewa, who says he is the father of the child.
Peter said: "This man didn't care about his girlfriend, Mercy's mother, when she needed him most. He didn't even come to see his baby."
Madge will appear in court on Monday 4th May to appeal the decision.
