She sang like a champ at the Michael Jackson memorial.
But it seems Mariah Carey reckons her performance wasn't up to scratch.
The superstar diva has apologised to fans, saying she was just too emotional to deliver the vocal goods.
Mariah, who belted out a soulful rendition of The Jackson 5's biggest hit, I'll Be There, in front of millions of viewers at the ceremony on Tuesday, Tweeted straight after her act, saying: "Trying to sing was basically impossible for me. I could barely keep myself from crying.
"I'm sorry that I wasn't able to pull it together and really do it right, but I was literally choked up when I saw him (Michael Jackson) there in front of me.
"One thing I know is, we will never really have to say goodbye to MJ," she went on.
"His legacy lives on through his music and the millions of people. He inspired with his timeless music. He will be forever in our hearts."
Well said, Mariah. Check out the highlights from Michael's last farewell, in our gallery below.
