Elias Figueroa, 28, performs his Madge tribute act to crowds of up to 20,000 people in his native Chile, and earns up to £500 a show - more than the average local monthly wage.

Elias, who became obsessed with Madge while he was at school said: "Strangers flock to me, tell me they love me.

"I'm so good at playing Madonna, some people can't tell the difference between me and the real thing, they don't even realise I'm a man."

Bet the real material girl is thrilled.

Despite Elias' amazing resemblance, he has yet to meet the real deal. He said: "That would be a dream come true. She's a goddess."

If only Jim could still fix it, we'd pay serious money to see those snaps.
