Michael Jackson has finally been buried, over two months after his untimely death.
The King of Pop was remembered in an intimate funeral service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, California.
Stars who gathered to mourn the icon included his ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley and close friends Dame Elizabeth Taylor and actor Macaulay Culkin.
The celebrities joined Michael's parents, brothers and sisters and three children in saying goodbye to the singer one last time.
American media outlets report that Michael's children placed a crown on his coffin to mark his place in history as the King of Pop.
The Jackson 5 hit Never Can Say Goodbye was also apparently performed, along with gospel songs and an address to mourners by Michael's father, Joseph Jackson.
After the ceremony, Michael's brothers carried his casket to the Grand Mausoleum, where he entered his final resting place at 9:43pm on Thursday.
His family issued a statement to "once again thank all of Michael Jackson's fans around the world for their generous outpouring of support during this terribly difficult time".
Michael died after suffering a cardiac arrest at his Californian home on 25th June.
His death certificate has recently been amended to suggest the cause may have been homocide.
