She's been spotted looking cosy with film director Spike Jonze while having dinner in LA.
We'd heard twitterings that these two were spending quality time together and now it's beginning to whiff like love.
Mich must have had one hell of a year since her ex-fiance Heath Ledger's death, so we're pleased as punch to hear she's had a smile on her face.
And it seems she has had more than just that on her mush... onlookers saw that the couple "smooching" throughout their meal.
A witness told The Sun: "During dinner they would lean in and kiss each other over the table. By the end of the meal, Michelle was sitting on Spike’s lap and they were smooching."
We hope this chat is truth and a new couple is forming.
