Some scary details have emerged on Miley Cyrus' alleged stalker.
The man arrested earlier this month for breaching security on her movie set allegedly planned to return to the set to "finish things".
Miley's security guard revealed the chilling threat to investigators.
Mark McLeod, 53, has been remanded in custody after a judge ruled he was potentially too dangerous to be freed, and there was enough evidence to send the case to trial.
Municipal Court Judge Steven Scheer said he felt McLeod may be a threat to others but had no chance of getting to 16-year-old Miley: "because she can afford the best protection money can buy".
McLeod claimed he had met Miley 18 months before his arrest and that she had accepted his marriage proposal.
He is said to have told police that Miley's dad, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, approved of their relationship.
We'll keep you posted on developments...
