According to Mischa Barton's rep, the troubled actress is "making improvements".
He thinks she is even planning to return to work soon.
Craig Schneider said the 23-year-old is "still seeking treatment but making improvements".
The comment comes nearly a week after the LAPD say they escorted the star from her home for an undisclosed medical problem.
Mischa's rep refused to elaborate on her condition, but said she plans to return to film The Beautiful Life later this month.
A spokesman for the show, in which Mischa plays a pill-popping supermodel, said production was scheduled to begin on the 31st July.
