According to the Associated Press, the leaked report suggests Michael was in fairly 'good health' for his age, despite puncture marks to his arms, surgical scars and cosmetic tattoos on his lips and scalp.

Apparently the report claims his heart was in good condition, as were his other organs, although his lungs were reported to be 'inflamed'.

However, they allege this may not have been serious enough to cause or contribute to his death.

They quote Dr Zeez Kain, chairman of the anaesthesiology department at the University of California, as saying about the report: "His overall health was fine. The results are within normal limits".

Michael passed away in June this year at his Los Angeles home.
