The Michael Jackson saga continues as the star's dad tells American TV his son's death was no accident.
Joe Jackson gave the revealing interview to ABC news yesterday.
Joe said: "I just couldn't believe what was happening to Michael. I do believe it was foul play. I do believe that. Yes."
MJ's dad also said the family wants to know why Michael died suddenly at the age 50, and that a private autopsy so far has not revealed any answers.
Joe also told ABC that he would like a role in raising the pop star's children.
Meanwhile, Los Angeles Police Department Chief William Bratton added fuel to the fire as he told CNN: "We are still awaiting corroboration from the coroner's office as to cause of death. That is going to be very dependent on the toxicology reports that are due to come back.
"And based on those, we will have an idea of what it is we are dealing with. Are we dealing with a homicide or are we dealing with accidental overdose?"
