The drama with Mary-Kate Olsen and the Heath Ledger case is...
Over and out, Roger that.
According to People, it's now a case of, well, case closed.
They say a source at the US Attorney's Office has informed them that the investigation into Heath's accidental overdose has come to an end.
They go on to say the Attorney's office will not enforce a subpoena against MK either.
Near the end of April, MK was subpoenaed by a federal grand jury, but, according to People's source, her legal team have been in negotiations with federal authorities.
Reports say MK wanted immunity before testifying, but her attorney released a statement saying she had "nothing to do" with it all and had given investigators "relevant information".
Well, we bet she's rather relieved this chapter is all behind her.
