But Myleene Klass is upfront about how hard it is being a parent.

She's come clean on the strains of motherhood.

Myleene, whose baby Ava was born last August, told Fabulous magazine:

"I'm permanently tired. When Ava was born it seemed there was lots to do and it overwhelmed me. There's so much to remember and you're frightened. You've got to get it right.

"The pressure is immense. Then there's the sleep deprivation," the 30-year-old continued.

"There's almost a conspiracy between women because you don't want to be the one who says you can't cope."

Myleene also admitted that having Ava put her relationship with her fiance, Graham Quinn, under strain.

"It was difficult in the beginning because Gray had to learn there was a new hierarchy," she said.

"He still says now, 'It's Ava, then the goldfish, then me.'"

She may have had problems, but we salute My's honesty - it's once in a showbiz blue moon you get a celeb as open as this.
