The Girls Aloud lady is apparently looking to invest some of her personal fortune, estimated at just over £1m, in a Los Angeles Hotel.

Nadine, who already owns two bars and a restaurant in LA, is said to be on the lookout for an old-school and possibly dilapidated gaffe, which she can buy for a bargain and then renovate to its former state of glory - a la Sarah Beeny.

"She has been searching for the right place for a while," a source told The Sun.

"The hotel will be done out with an old 50s Hollywood theme. It will be a trendy boutique hotel and she hopes to turn the bar into an exclusive celebrity hang-out."
