Nadine Coyle has brought a tear to our eye.
She's given some honest chatter about her ex, Jesse Metcalfe.
But is she being too hard on herself?
Nad says she wishes she had been more supportive of Jesse when they were going out.
The Girls Aloud star and 28-year-old Jesse broke up last year because Nadine says that at 23 she felt too young to deal with the Hollywood star's problems.
She told Now magazine: "He had a horrible time going to rehab and it was all too much for me.
"I blocked it out of my life and decided not to be a part of it and that's wrong. That's not something you should do if you love somebody.
"I regretted being so selfish about it and so dismissive of him genuinely having a problem."
Blimey, with all this emotion on the go, can't they just hook up again?
Apparently not.
Nadine went on: "I don't feel the need for another relationship. My life is fulfilled as it is and I have loads of male friends so I'm never stuck for male company."
No surprises there lady.
