While her Girls Aloud pals are out having oodles of celeb fun she's confined to her bed.
And it ain't because she's having sexy time there.
Oh no, it's because she's under the weather...
Nadine has picked up shingles.
So she's having to opt out of the promotional shenanigans her bandmates are up to.
But if she wanted to keep it on the down-low, she's got her pal Nicola Roberts to blame for spilling the beans.
She blurted it all out to Radio 1 DJ Jo Whiley.
Nicola said: "Nadine's not very well at the minute and she's got a horrible bug, she's got shingles. So we all wish her well."
May we second that, we'll be round with the grapes later.
