It's been confirmed that Madonna's jetted out of Malawi.
This follows the court rejection of her bid to adopt a second Malawian orphan, a little girl named Mercy.
But just what will the Material Girl be doing next?
According to reports, Madge has filed a notice to appeal her failed first adoption bid. The Malawian High Court turned down her application and heeded a warning that the case could open the door to child trafficking.
Madonna's lawyer, Alan Chinula, has said hearings for Madonna's new notice of appeal will start this week.
Meanwhile, her ex, Guy Ritchie released a statement on Friday which reads:
"Madonna is a fantastic and loving mother who cares deeply about her own children, and children who may need additional help and support.
"I fully supported Madonna in her decision to apply for this adoption, and I am saddened that her application has been rejected.
"She is motivated only by being a caring parent who seeks to share some of the advantages and opportunities that her life has given her. This time it did not work out, but there will be other opportunities and I wish her well in them. She is a great mum."
Well said, Guy.
