Because the jitterbug jingle on the grapevine is that she's set to do a Britney Spears.
No, she's not going to shave her head or snog Madonna on stage.
Rather, the New York Daily News reports Nicole has been toying with the idea of posing naked to show off her preggers bump in a photo shoot reminiscent of the shoots done by the likes of Brit and Demi Moore.
They say renowned snapper Patrick Demarchelier will be taking the pics.
A source is quoted as saying: "Nicole wants to wait until she looks really pregnant."
The Kidman camp hasn't breathed a word on this matter at all, so we reckon it's a case of when we see it, we'll believe it.
