We've just found out that Nicole Richie will definitely not be appearing in our TV fave, Gossip Girl.
Boo.
We first heard the rumblings this week that Nic would be joining the cast as a guest star.
A New York newspaper reported that Nic: "Loves Gossip Girl and wants a really bitchy, juicy role."
Ever since then, we've been keeping our peepers peeled for some good truth to the rumour.
But today our hearts flopped, when the tattle was totally squashed by Nic's rep who flatly stated to Us magazine that it's "not true".
