And not of the bun in the oven kind, but rather of the adoption kind.

Luckily, her rep has cleared the air on the entire matter, so we've told Showbiz Granny to hold the bootie knitting.

According to the Daily Mail, Nicole's rep has denied reports saying she and Keith were planning to adopt a baby from Vietnam.

Nic's spokesperson said: "I am aware of this rumour out of Australia's New Idea tabloid.

"It is a complete fabrication, there is no truth to it whatsoever."

This follows a report in New Idea, which quoted Dang Minh Dao, the deputy of the Department of International Adoption at the Ministry of Justice in Hanoi, as reportedly saying: "Yes, Nicole Kidman wants a baby from Vietnam. We've been approached by the American Embassy."

He is also reported to have said: "This is very sensitive information. We are keeping it closed."

A spokesperson for Nicole's lawyer, Stuart Gibson, has been quoted as telling New Idea: "We are not going to discuss this situation."

However, the Daily Mail reports Nicole's spokesperson said her lawyer was never spoken to in the first place.

Phew, it's all a bit complicated but we're glad Nic's rep has cleared up the situation for us.
