But is Nicole Kidman really set to become a mum again?
The Hollywood star got tongues wagging when she hit the red carpet at the 2009 American Music awards with her husband, Keith Urban.
As she cradled her stomach tenderly (right), everyone was wondering whether she had a secret of a pattering feet variety to share.
But now Nicole's rep has put the record straight once and for all.
A spokesperson for the 42-year-old actress told Us Magazine: "This (the pregnancy rumour) is not true".
Drat. Talk about dampening our enthusiasm.
Nicole has one other biological child, 16-month-old Sunday Rose, with current partner Keith.
She also has two adopted children, Isabella and Connor, whom she adopted with ex-husband, Tom Cruise.
She recently confided she'd love to become pregant again, telling Ladies' Home Journal: "I believe in the power of love, the way it can heal. It nourishes a family."
