Alexa Chung has hit a high note at this year's NME Awards.
The London party gal and fashionista has been named the best dressed star of 2009.
However, Amy Winehouse, who was absent from the bash in London's Hyde Park, will be less thrilled to learn that she earned the opposite accolade - she's been crowned the worst dressed celeb. Ouch.
The industry knees-up saw party people such as Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Peaches Geldof celebrating all things music, as well as Britpop Blur icons Damon Albarn and Graham Cox performing live together for the first time in nine years.
Elsewhere at the awards, Pete Doherty nabbed best solo act and Oasis were honoured as the best British band.
