He does look jolly intent on planting a smacker right on Gezza's gob.

And his forward action seems to have switched on a reverse movement from Ginger Spice.

Mind you, it's a bit of a change from the olden days...

We seem to remember Geri being all over Mr Cavalli when she was promoting the Spice Girls reunion tour?

Perhaps this is just a natural flinch caught by the camera?

Or maybe Geri has cricked her neck and has been told by the doctors not to lunge...
