We also got to hobnob with the likes of Natalie Imbruglia, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, songbird Estelle and model Lily Cole.

That's right, the Showbiz Shed got to clink glasses with stars at the Martini Rosato launch bash held at the v swanky Kensington Roof Gardens.

Early on in the evening, as we were making our way along the red rug into the bash, we spied none Watch The Martini Celebsother than singer Jay Kay cruising past in his car, only to turn around and disappear out of sight.

Fret not, he didn't head home, because minutes later he made an appearance on the rouge carpet for the paps.

Someone who threw caution to fancy wheels was Sophie, who calmy walked down the road towards the bash, hand-in-hand with her hubby Richard Jones.

We caught up with songbird Estelle, clad in designer threads from Ashish and a gorgeous pair of Miu Miu heels.

Currently on tour to promote her new single, she admitted once she hits the road on the tour bus it's out with the heels and in with the Ugg boots.

She told Sky Showbiz: "I'm a big Ugg and tracksuit person on tour, I don't look anything like I look on TV on the tour bus. It's good because I can get away from it all."

She also revealed singer John Legend recently sent her a limited, sneak preview of his new album. She told us: "OMG, it's pretty insane."

A pint-sized Natalie bopped away as Sophie belted out old and new tunes, while mod Lily took in the splendour of the gardens as she nattered to a bunch of pals.
