According to reports, apparently Dougie boy got down on one knee to propose during a recent holiday in Bora Bora.

However, Paris' rep has shot down the story, saying it's the "imagination of bloggers".

Talking to Hollyscoop.com, Paris' rep said: "The rumour of Paris Hilton's engagement to Doug Reinhardt is inaccurate.

"The couple had a lovely time on their vacation and are happy together, however this is a false rumour and is just another example of bloggers inventing their own stories."

Aww, we would've loved a Paz/Doug wedding.

We guess the shining light is that the couple have gotten back together after splitting in June this year, so really, anything could happen.
