Well, apparently they do share some similar tastes when it comes to fashion.
The socialite and the former royal have been snapped in identical green dresses.
And it seems that good ol' Fergie beat Paz to the punch.
The royal bagged the frock first for the Spirit launch in London last week, while Paris was behind the times slipping into her sheath only a couple of days ago for a party in Madrid.
How unfortunate for Ms Hilton to be pipped by a lady 22 years her senior.
On the other hand, there may be another motive behind Paris' fashion faux-pas.
We all know she's a wannabe royal...
So perhaps she reckons she can bag herself one of our princes by copying Fergie's style.
Nice try love, but Will and Harry are currently taken, and there's a queue anyway - so stand behind us and zip it.
