Penelope Cruz has had a small setback at Cannes.
But it seems the starlet is on the road to feeling better.
She's apparently suffered a nasty bout of food poisoning.
According to People, Pen was due to appear at a promotion for her upcoming musical, Nine, on Monday, but had to pull out due to "some sort of food poisoning."
Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein told a small group of journalists: "Tomorrow night is her premiere for her movie. She is getting better and is seeing a doctor right now."
And it seems Pen perked up rather well as she was spotted about at the Hollywood Dominos event later that evening.
Phew, thank goodness, we love seeing gorge Pen swanning about the glam festival.
