Rachel Bilson Is Rachel Bilson getting married?

That was the question people were asking late last week, when natterings first started to emerge that her boyfriend Hayden Christensen may have got down on bended knee, back in December. 

And now that we have seen the actress sporting a mahoosive diamond ring slipped on her wedding finger we think it may well be true.

The actress has been snapped out on a shopping trip with the huge piece of bling that could give anyone tennis elbow.

Hayden and Rach haHayden Christensen and Rachel Bilsonve been quietly dating for a while now, after Rach split with her longtime boyf and O.C co-star, Adam Brody, back in 2006.

When the news of a possible engagement first arose, both Hayden and Rachel's peeps refused to confirm or deny the engagement, with Rach's spokesperson simply saying: "I don't comment on my clients' personal lives."

A friend of the pair also spilled some engagement beans telling People.com: "They're so excited. They're a great couple. Rachel seems thrilled beyond belief."

So what about wedding plans? Are we going to see the wedding of the year anytime soon?

Judging by Rach's past comments it may well be a low-key affair. She told Page Six magazine back in September last year, that large weddings scare her.

"It freaks me out. I'd almost want to elope. My mom would have a heart attack, but maybe I'd have to bring her," she said.
