It's a double whammy of baby delight today.

Because not only have Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O' Connell confirmed they're preggers.

They've revealed it's twins on the way.

Their rep confirmed the happy news to People.

It's believed the babies will be arriving in winter and some sources have even gone as far as to speculate that the twins are girls.

The couple tied the knot in July 2007.

Just a couple of weeks ago Jerry hinted that the pair were broody, when he told People: "We're trying to get pregnant."

Wethinks he may already have known something at that point - good throwing-off-the-scent skills, Jez.
