And she's officially closed the door on an old one.

According to US reports she's finalised her divorce with her ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe.

The word is that there are court documents floating about dated the 12th June, saying the pair - who were seeking a shared custody arrangement over their two kiddies - "have settled all their remaining issues in these proceedings".

Their split first kicked off in 2006 when Reese filed for divorReese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaalce citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.

However Reese has found happiness in the arms of another - as you can see here, Mr Jake Gyllenhaal is keeping her in cuddles these days.

Yep, we spied them having a quick squidge behind a car - no need to be so coy peeps, we've seen it all before.

Anyhoo, we reckon all's well that ends well - Ryan has given his blessing in the past about Reese's new man. He told Us mag: "He's a good dude.

"I love her, and I want her to be happy, and it seems like she is."

But don't fret that Ryan is sat in on his own - he's been stepping-out with Abbie Cornish and has been looking very happy about it too.
