The singer has been chatting online about his drug days, even before he joined Take That.

Rob described how he was offered an acid trip when he was 16, but things went a little sideways.

"It was at Shellys nightclub where I had my first acid experience," he blogged.

"We were in Golden Hill, in someone's kitchen probably. I was given a tiny piece of paper to ingest."

Rob then goes on to explain how the trip made him paranoid when he spotted police outside a garage after a night out watching The Prodigy perform.

"S**t, I thought. I want to go home, I'm scared," he said. "There is only one place I want to be - at home with my mum."

Rob continued to describe more about his terrible hallucinations once he arrived home, with one scary revelation...

"American footballs were coming out of the TV. So I decided to go downstairs and stab myself."

While Robbie obviously did not go through with it, we hope his scary drug portrayal will put others off.
