Um, yes, we were also a little in the dark about her existence too - they pair are hardly on the red carpet much.

But hey, we won't bother getting too attached to Ayda Field, because apparently it's all over.

The pair were together a whole 14 months, which is pretty good going for Robbie.

Yet he's jacked it all in with the LA actress as she wanted to party and he wanted to focus on his music.

A source told the Daily Mirror: "Robbie is absolutely gutted the relationship has ended.

"He thought Ayda was his soul mate, and the most beautiful woman he has ever met,Ayda so he was desperate for it to work.

"Unfortunately, the timing was not right for them, and after being on-off for a while they've finally decided to call it quits.

"They are still very good friends though and she was the only girlfriend his close-knit circle in LA actually accepted and genuinely liked.

"But Robbie is dead serious about his music, it's his number one focus. He's in the recording studio 24/7 working on his best tracks yet."
