The former chat show host was voted off I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! last night.

Rob received the fewest votes from the public, despite winning 22 meal stars in two tasks.

Rob looked stunned and a tad gutted as host Ant and Dec delivered the results to the camp.

"I didn't want to be out - no one does," he said to the duo later.

"I pleaded for another night but the viewers would not give it to me."

Robert didn't hold back on his feelings towards David Van Day and Timmy Mallet, by telling Ant and Dec he didn't really like them at the start, but started to get along better with the two as time went on.

"When they came in and asked about the beds, David was wrong. He should have taken the cave," he said.

"But I warmed to David in the end - I'll miss him, I guess. I had previous with Timmy, but we got on reasonably well."

Rob said that he will miss Martina Navratilova the most, and stated that he hoped the former tennis ace would win.

Aside from missing all the jungle drama, Rob said that he was looking forward to seeing his wife Jan.

"It's win win for me. The freedom is not so bad, but seeing my wife is what it's all about," he said. "From the moment I was in there, all I could think of was my family."

Aww, how sweet. Rob, we will miss your smiling perma-tan face.
