We reckon Anne has probably had the chaps queueing up since she hit Singlesville.

It's three months since her split with Raffaello Follieri - who recently pleaded guilty to 14 counts of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering - and she really has come out of it looking hotter than ever.

This is the first sighting of her and a potential love interest since then, which is a super-exciting prospect.

But we'll hold our horses until we get a bona fide confirmation from Anne's camp.

For what it's worth, however, we think he looks cure.
