The singer has again bordered on indecency, this time thanks to her nips spilling out of a low-cut frock.

Brit-Brit was at New York's Tenjune nightclub celebrating her 27th b'day party when the malfunction took place.

We know the comeback queen has been through a phase of ditching her undies in the past...

Prior to getting her life back on track (which also meant a trip to an underwear store), Britney made a habit of getting out of vehicles knicker-free and nasty.

But like we say, we thought those days were over.

She's certainly calmed down in the last few months and we've noted that her wardrobe has been much more sensible.

Let's just hope this is a one-off error... perhaps the dress was a birthday present Britney felt obliged to wear - and she was too polite to let on it's a tad small around the knockers.
