Mum-of-four Kerry has revealed her surgically enhanced shape in a sensational sexy shoot for Zoo magazine.
In the snaps, Kerry poses raunchily for the camera, flaunting her newly honed curves eight weeks on from the surgery - a process filmed by MTV for a one-off special to be aired this weekend.
Speaking about her new body image, Kerry said:
"I love it. I actually cried at first because I was so shocked.
"It is a big difference - but as the weeks have gone by, my waist has got smaller, my boobs have been healing and now I can wear size 10 tops."
"I couldn't even get my tits into them before," she continued. "Before the surgery, I was a GG - now I'm an E."
