But could the latest clues suggest that the eagerly anticipated wedding of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is in the offing?
The sudden appearance of a cluster of marquees and outdoor chandeliers at the Scientology Celebrity Centre, in California, has got the gossips thinking the nuptials could take place this weekend.
One frenzied commentator told website MollyGood: "I live in Beachwood Canyon, right up the hill from the Scientology Celebrity Centre, and there is most definitely something going on soon.
"I know that Tom and Katie have been there twice in the last week and now the centre is covered in tents and outdoor chandeliers. Huge planters are in the street to prevent anyone driving too close."
Other evidence? Well, it's also been claimed that the TomKat hairdresser, Oscar Blandi, has been booked "all weekend" for them.
Recently, Tom, 44, revealed that he and Katie would marry at some point this year.
And his spokesman said just days ago: "As far as I know, the plans are for late summer, maybe a bit later."
