No, it's an engagement.
The man of steel has popped the question to his long-term girlfriend (and we don't mean Lois and Superman).
Brandon Routh and actress Courtney Ford are engaged after dating for three years.
"They are very happy," Brandon's rep told People magazine.
The Superman Returns actor, 26, apparently proposed earlier this month with a sparkler from LA jeweller Neil Lane.
The lovebirds met when hunky Brandon worked as a barman at the rehearsal dinner for Courtney's brother's wedding.
Even a five-month separation while Routh was shooting Superman in Australia posed no problems for the pair.
Romantic Brandon told People that Courtney, 28, is his personal kryptonite.
"She brings me to my knees," he said.
Aah.
The couple co-star in the upcoming short film, Denial - a chance to see some of that chemistry on the big screen.
