That was the chance Jessica Simpson took to promote her new single, A Public Affair.
She came over all seventies - even hiring out a special rink for the event.
But it doesn't matter how good your staging is if you are wobbly of foot, does it?
Perhaps we're being a bit harsh.
After all, Jess may have come into contact with a rogue banana skin on the floor...
