We've spotted Michelle McManus out and about and decided that she looks like she's lost even more weight.
The former Pop Idol winner was 22 stone but has since dropped at least nine of those.
However, in these latest pics it looks like she's lost more on top of that.
Arriving for Closer magazine's party, the singer looked great in a floral wrap dress and matching shoes.
We're waiting for official word, but we're convinced Michelle has gone some way to loosing the extra three stone she still wanted to get rid of.
