Jennifer Garner is one slick chick...
Always ahead of the game - without her husband even knowing about it.
Jennifer confessed she nearly lost an expensive diamond ring given to her by her hubby Ben Affleck.
The best part - Ben had no idea about the whole fiasco.
Jen dropped the ring by accident on the floor on Monday while getting ready for the premiere of her new flick Catch And Release.
She confessed on the US TV show Live With Regis And Kelly on Wednesday: "He gave me this beautiful diamond ring and I was playing with it and it fell off...
"It fell under this ice maker in the house - he hasn't even heard of this yet - and it fell into the drain under this ice maker."
The diamond ring was a present from Ben after giving birth to their one-year-old daughter Violet in December 2005.
Lucky for Jen, a plumber came to the rescue:
"The plumber had to come and dismantle the thing from under the house... and he found it!"
