It would seem Pammy's rule of thumb is to get back right back in the saddle.

She told OK! magazine: "When you're a single mum, you sometimes date for your kids. But it has to be love.
"I want an explosive love affair again.
"I want my children to experience the true love of a family, including a man in our lives.
"I'm used to being alone with the boys so it's hard for me when someone comes in and changes that dynamic.
"I get controlling and probably impossible.
"I don't want someone to come in and rescue my family - we're fine. It would just be a bonus."
